Yes. Many homeowners begin with a proven plan and personalize it to fit their property, lifestyle, and priorities. Depending on the project, the design can also begin with a more customized approach.
WHAT HAPPENS BEFORE CONSTRUCTION STARTS?
Before construction, the project moves through design, selections, homesite review, scope coordination, and the applicable permitting and preconstruction steps. The goal is to resolve the major decisions before work begins in the field.
