We are very happy with our new MTH, and would recommend their builds. MTH made the process of buying a home super easy by accepting our Veterans United Loan. Todd was always quick to respond and has been very helpful in following up with us. - What we're most happy about is all the small touches around the house that made moving in feel like we were getting a great deal and quality build. The fine details and high quality brand name fixtures faucets were above and beyond what we saw in other homes.

My family had an amazing experience working with Morgan Taylor Homes. We were able to buy our own lot, choose our floorplan and customize our finishes. We added things like upgraded wood doors, a wine wall and wood tile. We absolutely love our house and it's perfect for our growing family. Working with MTH was great, they have a design center where they help you make all your choices and you have a project manager that keeps you up to date on everything and keeps the building process on track. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, without MTH we wouldn't be able to build such a nice house in our price range!

We recently purchased a home from Morgan Taylor Homes in Casa Grande and couldn’t be happier! The home was priced well and came with fantastic upgrades, including all tile floors, soft-close shaker-style cabinets, and over 200 feet of block walls on a spacious 1+ acre lot. After moving in, a couple of minor issues arose, but Todd was quick to come out and address them. So far, everything is going great, and we’re truly satisfied with our new home. Highly recommend Morgan Taylor Homes for quality and service!

We loved our experience with Morgan Taylor Homes. We bought our own lot and used one of their plans. Pricing was fair and we knew our all in cost from the get-go. No games. No gimmicks. No random change orders like we had on a previous new-build. Communication was excellent and our house looks amazing. If you want a company that has their stuff together, Morgan Taylor is it.

We were feeling a bit cramped in our outdated Phoenix home and decided to make a big move to North Scottsdale. After viewing numerous resale homes, we couldn’t find anything that fit our needs, so we decided to build new. After exploring several builders, we decided on Morgan Taylor. They gave us our all-in price almost immediately and we were able to pick all our own finishes. Our home turned out incredible and we absolutely love it!

My husband and I bought a beautiful new construction Morgan Taylor home and we are so happy with the quality of the construction, the beauty of the design, and the functionality of the floor plan. Not a day goes by that we don’t both say “Don’t you just LOVE this home!”

Lisa at MTH warranty gets 5 stars. What little i had to call her for, she was immediately on it and even checked back with me to make sure the trade showed. We love our MTH and give them 4 1/2 stars because I always feel there is room for improvement. Lisa and Eric are exceptions to that rule of mine. In my opinion they are probably overworked and deserve raises!!!

MTH builds a quality home for a fair price. While we had several mishaps along the way (missing or wrong items, fencing errors, and a long punch list after move in), they were all eventually corrected thru the help of Lisa. Previous to Lisa, our punch list had been sitting for almost a year due to staff turnover with minimal to no progress. We had to monitor throughout the build process to assure accuracy and point out errors (which were corrected) but bottom line, MTH turned over a quality home that we're happy to be living in.

We absolutely love our home. The Morgan Taylor team worked with us throughout the entire process and it was amazing to see everything come together. We have been in the house now for the past three months and It has turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you for our beautiful home!

We recently purchased and moved into our new home. The moving process was rough, but worth it to move into our beautiful new house. The quality of the house is outstanding and the superintendent went above and beyond to take care of all of our immediate needs after moving in. From the beginning Lynn was quick to get back to my realtor with all the information we needed to get my purchase started. The communication was always there beginning to end. The house itself is amazing and the quality is there. You can tell this builder goes out of their way to provide buyers with a great experience even if you're on a budget! I would recommend this builder to anyone looking for a quality home. There is nothing I would change about my home. They listen and perform amazing!! You will not regret going with this builder!
